Ten recipes are being made by Jansen and myself to introduce ten pieces of crafted Diplomacy gear to the game. We anticipate them being Live within the next few patches.

Recipes are dropped in a variety of ways, mostly via Crafting and Diplomacy rewards.

They require Prestigious Baubles as an ingredient.

We decided to get a few of these out the door for you Crafter Diplomats so you can begin priming the pump for that market.
