Kikkit, yes.

So to clarify these notes, SOME items will not be deconstructable on Test that WILL be deconstructable (is that even a word?!) when the Live build happens.

Like I had said, deconstruction was a team effort between diplomacy and crafting, so some parts were done before others. They all will work when it hits live.
