There's only 27 items in the database that are 30+, light armor and have strength on them. 23 of those are common and uncommon world drops, which I can adjust tomorrow. Two of the remaining four are common dungeon drops, not from a specific named.

That means that there's a grand total of two light armor pieces with strength on them in the game that drop from a named npc. One of those seems a bit wierd but will ask the designer tomorrow.

I have no idea why you're having problems finding gear. I've have alone had my hands on well over 1000 adventuring-specific light armor items in the database that are levels 30+ and that's not including jewerly, focus, wands, staves or cloaks...just the 9 slots. It's definately out there
