Several of the old Tier 3 belts that used to equip as shoulders still do.

Some were fixed, but not all of them, only about half of them on my character were fixed to go to the waist slot, I still have about 4 of the Belts that equip to the shoulder slot. The Belt icon is correct on them, it is the slot that isn't. (The bugged items don't list a slot at all on the tool tip, but equip to shoulders.)

Just to be clear, these were items that were in before the real Shoulders were put in.

Just checked the Waist items too. They appear correct on our end. Use the same suggestion I made for the Shoulder items above, and mail ones that are still incorrect.
