I have updated these dusts with two new effects. They may go live with server restart Saturday morning if not then the next patch.

Health dust
Increase healing effectiveness of all heals cast on you and the effect stacks

Energy Dusts
Increases energy Pool and adds energy regen. This effect stacks as well.

Because these were made into effects they will consume continental effects. I am almost finished with the revamp of continental effects and after that I will be trying to meld added effects and continental effects together.
