To add more information to two of the bugs still listed under Quests:

- T5 Qalian Journeyman tier quest, inspect item doesn't appear to exist in PZ (oberan:4085)

The text has been clarified a little while back, but you are supposed to go into the Tower of the Ruthless which is right next to Pankor Zhi, not Pankor Zhi proper. There are no known bugs with this quest at this time.

- Legendary Fiend Hunters text says you recieve 'refining' recipe to repair Rahkane, should be finishing. (katrin:5257)

This is actually true with all recipes you get; it is not recipe specific. Any recipe you learn is referred to as a "refining" recipe by the system message. It is misleading and potentially confusing, but it doesn't actually cause any technical problems.
