Ive been playing since the last phase of beta, and maxed both Mining and quarrying 3 times now on 3 characters (1 in beta, 2 in live) and i ahve never pulled a Ultra rare..... only gotten those from crafting work orders and deconstruction of rare items...

Also have conflicting reports from other dev's saying it was "taken out".. not speciying exactly why... (would assume gold farmers but unsure)..

Ultra rare nodes were taken out, but you can get ultra rare resources rarely off of rare nodes. My statement is not false.
