Identical shifting buttons should get different icons (that's a must). The toolbag button only opens three more toolbag buttons so should just be replaced by those three buttons. Buttons shouldn't be shown for actions you can't perform with the resources at the table - choices should be made at set-up and carried through the resource selection and the workbench actions. Descriptions of the complications and/or solutions should be put on the crafting window - I spend half my time dragging my mouse around to inspect things. An on-panel indicator of the tool or utility used in a step would be really useful - it'd be really nice to have the size of the existing icons doubled and mini tool icons put into the corners. The steps to add dusts should be more obvious - at the moment I overlook the dark blue dust in a black box way off down the screen. I could think of more, but that's probably enough to be going on with. I'd really like all the fiddly little boxes and tip windows to be cast away and something better put in place which tells you what you need to know directly and lets you act directly.

I'd also like the messages for items moving to/from the workbench to be removed from the deafult channel. I'm assuming this channel is useful but it produces an inordinate amount of spam with messages I almost never look at. Do you see this as an issue and how soon can we see these messages put into the crafting channel or elsewhere?

Modifications to the crafting UI will come as coding team gets time. The current UI functions fine and honestly I would rather spend any coding time I get for fixing bugs and adding more functionality for us to get things done quicker. The modding community is certainly doing a good job coming up with different spins of the crafting UI.
