The Camarilla item gives you a minor boost to all stats for a long period of time. It is a static boost, as well.

The Society item boosts all stats as well, but by a larger amount, for a shorter period of time, and the number is not consitent. It is more of a gamble, has a shorter duration, but the power is notable even if you "roll low" when activating it.

The other guild items are also different in how they work, so saying they are the same is a false statement. Unless you mean that they are similiar in that yes, they are all crafting stat enhancers. After all, that was the intent.
