What about those who have already been and finished? I'm not accepting "too bad so sad" as an answer. Sorry, but the way the items were set up made them appear to be desireable to get them all. Just saying "oops, that wasn't intended" is not acceptable. With all the grinding, and camping required for these things, they cannot be gotten by accident or simply passing through a dungeon. They need you to sacrifice exploring to get them. Seriously, beef up the armor that we already have gotten, make a new set with the stats they have now, and then alter the drop rates of the quest items.
You say they are not entitlements. I agree, if those who don't want to spend the time to get them, that's one thing. However right now, why would anyone want to, eh? That's the issue.
Again, we have zero plans to increase the power of the armor. I still see level 44+ characters /coming back to the marsh/ to get specific pieces. Certain pieces are a far cry from "sub par" upon completion here.
Nor did I say "oops thats not intended". I said we /might/ reevaluate the drop rates based on the /new/ leveling curve.
The assessment that no one wants this armor is in my experience off base.
