Soooo... this is a shitty bug. We've spent the last few days trying to track this down, and I'm pretty sure this a residual faction bug on your char. I hope we can come up with a solution for this early next week. In the meantime, I'm really sorry that you have to put up with this bullshit. If you are bugged on this quest, please PM me with your server name, character name, and dynamic and full faction values for Lucent Circle (find them via /showfaction).

With regards to the 4 dots, they're being made more appropriate. You'll at least know what you're getting yourself into in the future.
