DB Admin and I just completed our changes. They are live in the database now, which means next time your specific server or even chunk restarts the correct values will be in place.

Some example percentage drops (numbers have been altered slightly to protect the innocent):

New (at next server restart):
110: 14% reduction
210: 11% reduction
310: 9% reduction
410: 6% reduction
500: 5% reduction

This is based on pre-4/18 values, NOT the incorrect values you are experiencing.
