One final note, then I must get back to other things:

At certain skill ranges, if you logged in today after the hotfix, you may still not see an increase in skill points. This is intended.

What you WILL see, however, is a noticable increase in skill gain rates. I don't have the numbers in front of me, but an *example* would be:

Took 25 parleys to gain a skill point at skill XXXX. Logged in, and still at skill XXXX. It now takes 17 parleys to gain a skill point.
