Alright, I've looked into the Quentin issue, and it should be resolved next patch.

It would appear, before the patch, he was properly attached. However, after the patch last week's patch he somehow was disconnected from the quest.

I blame leprechauns.

Otherwise, I've looked him over, and he should be working as intended now.
