This is one thing that really irritates me...

Look at how many people went out and tried to get those new mounts.. Why because they are cool... Want to get more people to do diplomacy? Give us something like this that you have to be 300/ 400/ 500 skill in diplomacy to get ... you will see the whole server take up diplomacy.

No mount? WEll how about a set of tack that is much better than the bought version?

The only barding that provides a speed increase will require Diplomacy skill.
