We have never denied that players are able to dupe coin and that it is a definite problem currently, however, we also have a service to provide in maintaining server stability.

If we weren't working on server stability and stopped the restarts chunks/servers would still crash allowing players to exploit regardless.

Is it part of the problem? Sure, but not having server restarts is surely no solution.
