Correct. The points that were in Bow, Archery and Awareness were moved to the Offensive Ranged modifiers.

Those skills did relatively very little once you reached the cap for your level, as I noted a short while ago while testing the modifiers. As such, the bow is significantly better with the points spent in the ranged modifiers rather than the skills.
