Update,

I fixed one case of this. This is the simple case of aggroing a mob and leashing it. At that point it would appear gray to everyone else. We are hoping to get this hotfixed tomorrow. There is already a new build going to live tommorrow morning for other bug fixes. Once that is up, we'll get this bug hotfixed.

Also, the pet ownership issue should also be fixed. However, that may not make the hotfix patch.
