No, I don't know for certain. But, I'm fairly sure it was a GM petition. GMs will sometimes give compensation for quest losses due to large scale bugs. However, any questions or concerns about that should be directed to customer service through the proper channels. That would be the best way to get your answers about reimbursement. And I'm not one hundred percent sure on their rules for that, so I won't speak on it in a definite matter.
