when taking a look at the time it takes to grind and farm the necessary components, AND get a crafter to grind up enough faction to be able to upgrade the piece.... it seems (since I havent seen the new updated pics yet) that it is a much bigger investment than rahz inkur which (IMHO) drops the best breastplate I have seen in game currently off a named mob, who a group only has to camp to get..... (cursegamers puts the drop rate currently at 4-11% per kill)

At this time there aren't any plans to actually up the level of the items, however that's not to say that I'm not working on some... additions to make them more attractive =)
