And as far as experience... I'll ask you to look at the Shadowhound quest. It was an annoying long quest series, but after doing it, I had gained 5 levels and a very nice item. Most of the things made for crafting quests give no xp. Would it be possible to change that, especially the items that don't have any other use except the quest? Practice bricks for example, and those evil wooden bindings I had to make 2 dozen of 1 at a time for the society of invention's second ring quest.
I'm not going to stamp my foot or hold my breath until I turn blue - but it doesn't seem unreasonable that faction get at least a little bump - especially in high level quests. And it would be a lot less annoying to do the quests where you have to repeatedly make the same item if that item gave some xp.

1. Experience
You will see a significant boost in experience in quests in the next patch. There are a couple of reasons we don't generally give experience for creating a quest item, though in some circumstances it could be okay. However, I think you'll find the increases satisfactory. If not, feel free to comment on it after the changes have gone through. I'll be looking for feedback for certain.
2. Faction
I agree; I am planning to look over the faction values fairly soon. There does need to be an increase.
