Sorry everyone but yes this is a bug and we discovered why it happened. The way he/she recieved the BP was by getting ancient dusts. But ancient dusts are not supposed to be in game yet and an internal mistake resulted in one getting into Theirry's and one other person's hands.

Once again I am sorry, but I wanted to make sure that people do not believe that legendary crafting had been turned on just yet and thought there was some kind of bug when they could not do it at higher levels.

As far as how you do it, you add the ancient dust like a normal dust. Because it is ancient it makes the item masterwork.
