Now, recently I started a Tailor and I'm in Tawar Galan. The Finishing taskmaster in TG has TONS and TONS of batches/sets/singles for each level. A page+ of difficult, 2+ pages of moderates etc. But every 25+ outpost has only TWO batches, two sets, and two singles on Finishing Taskmaster, and ONE batch, one set, and one single per level.

From the amount you are listing, sounds to me that the TM's are not showing all the recipes they should. That would explain why not only do we not see blue chests/boots, but we see no 45+ "of Finesse" or "of Ingenuity" gear either.

That list is not for one taskmaster those are spread all over
