Personally I think Scenario 2 is smarter...why should Brad tell us immediately every time a problem comes up before the team has a chance to fix it? I bet if he did that he'd be giving us a heads up memo every day and we'd all be running around stressing and going nuts.
Instant Communication is nice and all...but Smart Communication is better...not to mention the team needs time to tackle the problem to at least get a ballpark ETA for when the problem will be resolved.
I really didn't think there would be a delay until the end -- we were all hoping we could address the issues quickly and not delay things.
I could have posted earlier and said "Hey, there *might* be a problem/delay". And maybe I should have. Give me feedback. You know my commitment to you all is to be up front and as forthcoming as possible.
