All Vanguard servers will be brought down for their weekly
restart, beginning with Halgar at 8 pm PST (05h:00 CET).  The remaining US servers will
be restarted at 5:00 am PST.  As usual,
the scheduled down time is four hours, but the servers will most likely be up
before then.
