The guy spent two full days visiting Sigil to prepare to write up this week long coverage. For someone well versed with Vanguard, there still should be some interesting tid-bits, and as for reaching out to those who don't know about Vanguard, this is part of the huge SOE/Sigil PR/Marketing plan with much more to come.
