Horrible things happen on each side, both retaliating back and forth, doing horrible things to each other, but who is instigating it? If you believe Isreal isn't legitimately a nation, than I guess it's the other side. But if you do believe Isreal is a legit nation (which I'm pretty sure most of the world and the UN do), then who is instigating the terror and who is responding to the terror?
