I just don't see a reason atm except that VG will be new and nothing more. But being new is not enough. Not anymore. If it looks sucky I will just pass, and right now it still looks sucky.

I think if you look at all the information we've released, VG offers a lot more that WoW does not, even with its upcoming expansion. The player customization, the player housing, the different spheres of advancement, the seamless world, the vehicles (ships you can sail anywhere, flying mounts that you can fly anywhere as opposed to only in new areas), the several more unique classes, the focus on controlling character advancment such that it's not tedious if at all possible, but at the same time, not as fast as WoW, in which you oftentimes see a dungeon once or twice and then you've out levled it. I also think that our focus on longevity in terms of both tech and gameplay and commitment to getting expansion packs out consistently will end us up with a game that is much deeper and more of a home. So, deeper, more freedom, more things to do, and IMHO a more immersive world that uses tech to keep it fresh and updated for years to come.
