Greetings!

Due to current high demands on the billing system at the Mythic Account center players attempting to subscribe or edit their billing information may experience time out issues when saving their account information.

If this occurs please do not hit save multiple times as, like many retailers, it may charge your account twice. Should this occur we will issue a refund to you as quickly as possible for the extra amount billed, however, it can take several days.

Should the account center "Time Out" on you and you're unsure if your billing information was properly saved please check back again in 30 minutes to see if your information was properly updated. We advise waiting at least a full 60 minutes before attempting to re-edit at this time to avoid the possibility of extra charges while the system processes your request.

While many players already have their accounts setup and in good standing we do apologize to those experiencing difficulties. We're looking into solutions currently to improve the system, however, we anticipate the system will return to normal as the high load from today dies down.
