These changes are part of our ongoing effort to continue to improve Open RvR stability. North American servers will be coming down at 7:00 AM EST and should return no later than 11:00 AM EST.  Oceanic servers will be coming down at 9:00 AM EST and should return no later than 1:00 PM EST

We

early morning deployment may cause. We'll have the servers online as quickly
as possible.
