Both EQ2 and Wow forced Euro players into a playing on different servers to the US. The whole point of MMorgs is community - many guilds were shattered by this decision - at least Blizzard had the guts to say up front what was going to happen (although they always added "there will be a mechanism to transfer to US servers in the future).

Any chance of a definitive statement on this? For most of the people on this forum I doubt it'll make a difference - they'll probably subscribe anyway but it might effect the long tem happiness of Euro subscribers.
