Hey folks,
I have escalated the issue to the Brightmail/Symantec people. They have placed our main mail server address on a list based on the amount of emails we sent out in a small period of time. I won't get into specifics but will say we pumped out thousands and thousands of emails in about 2 days. That must have tripped off some alarms for their software and they reacted.

I am also doing some tweaking on our side to hopefully remove the possibility of this happening again.

Also of note, any email sent in regards to forum posts or CGM key registration come from different mail servers and receiving those doesn't mean you are safe and will get our email. This issue affected our main mail server for CS correspondence.

Hopefully, this will be resolved soon as I have other headaches to deal with as well and this is getting in the way. I have a Beta Server to take care of as well
