Can't speak for anyone else, but for Vanguard, you get CS, hosting, a live team -- basically all we've been up front about.

Expansions we have always been up front about doing yearly or so and costing extra money.

I wanted to brainstorm on the idea of doing mini-expansions in addition to free live content and annual expansions, that's all.
