However its a gimmick. Most of your gamer friends wont have the pack, so if you wanted to group with them, you cant. (there is a raid dungeon there and a normal exp dungeon).
Its rather cheesy to see VG go this ""popcorn and a movie route" but hey Sony calls the shots on marketing so expect many adventure packs per year.
I guess you missed the part where I said we were exploring the idea and discusing it with you guys to see if see if it could be done, if we do it at all, that it woudl NOT be a gimmick, and that we're calling the shots?
Come on guys, I really want to be able to brainstorm with you all without false or automatic assumption. Can't we think outside of the EQ 2 or whatever the game box? Put on your thinking caps -- don't just point at another game and assume we'd do it the same way
I bring up an idea to get your feedback on whether mini-expasions could work, and if so, what would make them make Vanguard a better game...
Please assure me that I can bring up ideas we can discuss together without an automatic assumption that it will be like another game? I really want to include your feedback and be able to have a dialog with your guys. Isn't that what you want?
I could just say 'no, we're not doing them', but I was hoping for more of a discussion. Is there a way these could be done that would make Vanguard an even better game and get even more content into the game more quickly? If not, fine, but I'd like to think we could brainstorm together.
Please do tell me what you didn't like in other games, but in the context of how it might work with Vanguard, which is a different gamel
