I really hated that when I used my 'free item code' in EQ2 and then rerolled a few weeks later that I couldn't re-get my little toy.

It's one of the things that has endeared me forever to Blizzard. Being able to summon up a panda on any new character or twink I make gives me a special feeling in my happy place.

One-time only sucks. 8(
