So far we are doing, IMHO, a very good job at making the classes feel unique, so I'm pretty bullish that are decision to include this many classes was the right call. It adds to variety, different strategies in groups depending on which classes are in your group, different tactics to use when soloing or engaging in casual play, and also encourages people to make second, third, fourth, etc. characters, which increases the replayability of the game.
