When you get hit with something. Typically its rubber bands, though sometimes heavier objects find their way in as well. You get a point for solid hits that are witnessed by an independant third party. Usually, headshots get you the point but if you can hit someone somewhere else and get an embarassing enough reaction you'll get a point too.
