LOL I remember the 'good ol' days' of trading in EQ in the tunnel between ECL and NRO. But seriously, I like the idea that Star Wars Galaxies had, selling stuff out of the home you build. I know they're planning on having player housing in Vanguard, but as to whether or not this player housing is instanced, or built, I have no idea. But still, I think that idea would be really cool.

Houses are not instanced, they are more like SW:G, but can only be built in pre-defined areas (plots) which are placed throughout the world.
