I can say that 90%+ aren't. We are still optimizing and there are still people with older machines having some performance problems. One our highest priorities is performance (along with content (both quality and quantity) and polish/accessibility/UI).

But as for what you saw in that video, no, the vast majority of performance issues you see in the video were not present on the machine when the video was recorded.

Again, please check out the lastest fan video by Tiraslee and even though he is using FRAPs, you'll see a lot better performance in those latest videos that you did with this one.
