9 to 5 is not a regular day here at Sigil. That's for sure. Sometimes, our departments have different constraints from each other...just depending on what is happening at the time....

...but the art department is currently working a minimum # of hours per week at the moment that is well over the traditional 40....

As a company, we have the established core hours where everyone is around but you can find many people here usually around the clock 7 days a week.

It's been this way for a while now. All part of the game, yo!

Speaking from an artist standpoint, you are training for this all through college. Late nights in the labs are a plenty...and it's no different here.
