This comment is besides the entire Fellowship system, and the proposed system behind it.

We already have a CS department dedicated to investigations and stopping RMT at its source. It takes the effort of the community and the Customer Support team to keep RMT sales down, game mechanics can only do so much before they begin to interfere with the majority of honest players enjoyment, which is extremely important
