Hmmm, ich hab ja auch EQ1 ehwig gezockt, hatte jatzt ein Jahr Pause, nun will ich wieder ein bischen spielen, aber ich kann meine Zahlung nicht wieder aktivieren. Der Stationname und des Passwort funzen noch, aber ich kann nur die alten Transaktionen anschaun. Weis einer wie man des wieder aktiviert bitte

Nun, ich hatte dasselbe Dilemma. Nachdem mein 1-Jahres-Abo mitten in einem meiner Breaks auslief, vergaß ich schlichtweg das Billing auf den neuesten Stand zu bringen. Meine Accounts waren fast 6 Monate "tot".

Ich habe mich an den Costumer Support gewendet (http://eqlive.station.sony.com/support/index.jsp -> Accounts and Billing) und denen mein Problem erklärt, die Antwort folgte bei Fuß:

For security reasons, we are unable to address your account issues
without first verifying your identification. Please respond with as much
of the following information as possible:

- Real Name
- Station Name
- Birthdate
- Address with Zip/Postal Code
- your original Account Key (found on the back of your CD case)
- the first four and last four digits of the original and current Credit
Card on the account.
- Briefly summarize your problem or concern.

This will enable us to process your request more efficiently.

Beantworte die geforderten Fragen und erhalte die folgende mail:

In order to reactivate your EverQuest account, first make sure the
EverQuest software has been installed on your computer. Then, double
click on the EverQuest icon on the desktop. When you get to the sign-in
screen, type in the Station Name and Password that you were using before
cancellation. You will get a message asking if you wish to register
"Now" or "Later". Click "Now" and input the billing information when
prompted. As long as your new billing information is validated and the
charge is accepted, you will get back into the game.

**NOTE: This is not a new account, your account key is not required.
The account key is only used for verification of ownership of the
account.

If you are having difficulty remembering your Station Name or Password,
please follow these directions to help you recover them:

Station Name:
If you have forgotten your Station name, please visit our Station Name
Recovery Page at "
https://www2.station.sony.com/secure...tationName.jsp " . You
will be asked to fill out a form and your Station Name will be
displayed. You will need the following information when you fill out the
form:

Your E-mail Address (The one you provided during registration)
Your ZIP/Postal Code
Your Birthdate (mm/dd/yy)

If you have forgotten your password, please visit our Password Reset
Page at " https://www2.station.sony.com/secure...e/password.jsp
" . You will be asked to fill out a form and a new randomly generated
password will be e-mailed to you, using the e-mail address you provided
during registration. You will need the following information when you
fill out the form:

Your Station Name
Your ZIP/Postal Code
Your Birthdate (mm/dd/yy)

After you receive your new password, we strongly suggest that you visit
"https://www.station.sony.com/secure/en/registration/edit.jsp" (you will
have to sign in) and change it to a unique password, that only you will
know. We also suggest that after you have changed your password, you
write down your Station Name and Password for future reference.

We are unfortunately unable to provide Station Name Recovery or Password
Reset services without the required verification information.

Gibt es bei SOE keine deutschen support? oder ist das Server abhängig?
Mein englisch ist echt lahm, ich bin ein babelfish übersetzer.

Sorry , gehört zwar nicht zum Thema spielt aber eine wichtige rolle für mich.

Wo wirste denn Spielen Cepheiden auf welchem Server ?
Falls Du nen neuen char anfangen magst würde ich vieleicht mit dazu stossen hehe mal sehen ob ich mein Account reactiviert bekomme !?
