Pre Order & Boots

Habe gestern meine Pre-Order CD bekommen und wollte auch gleich mein Paar exklusive Steifel freischalten :D Nun... wenn ich den Anweisungen des beigelegten Zettelchens folge (CD 1 rein, auf "Redeem your Journeyman Boots!" klicken und auf "https://store.station.sony.com/eq2/acctkey/jboots/index.jsp" den Preorder Key eintragen), bekomme ich nur die Fehlermeldung "This is not a valid account key."

Jemand eine Idee an wen ich mich jetzt wenden kann? Direkt an SOE?

Wie schauts eigentlich mit der Aktualität des Chargenerators auf der CD aus? Gibt es bereits neue Möglichkeiten, den Char anzupassen?

Soweit ich weiß kannst du die Stiefel nur auf einen Account anmelden, welcher einen gültigen Everquest 2 Key besitzt und da du ja das Spiel noch nicht hast, wirst du sie noch nicht aktivieren können.

Das war bei mir nicht so.Ich konnte die Boots auf meinen Account binden.Und da war ich noch nicht in der Beta.

na dann is zu hoffen dass die ihre adtenbank gut gesäubert haben ;)

hier ein statement bezüglich journeboots und beta:

If you received a Starter Kit by preordering and have not yet gone through the process of redeeming your code for the journeyman boots, please hold off doing so until you have registered your key for the retail version of the game.

Those of you who have already redeemed your codes are fine and can claim the boots normally. We're posting this because there could be an issue if someone were to redeem the code between the time the beta servers are brought down and the live ones come up. You'll be fine if you follow the steps in this order:

* Install the retail version of the game
* Register the EverQuest II account key included in the box
* Redeem the code for the journeyman boots found in the Starter Kit

Again, there is no need for anyone who has already redeemed their code to worry; your account is flagged properly. This is simply a preventative measure to ensure that nobody has a problem going forward.

das bringt mich alles nicht weiter.. ich habe den key der limited eingelöst, um den account zu machen. aber was ich jetzt mit dem key der preorder machen soll erschließt sich mir nicht. die anleitung führt mich nur auf ne site auf ders nicht weiter geht!!
wo soll man den key der preorder denn eingeben???

Hm... dachte https://store.station.sony.com/eq2/a...oots/index.jsp würde dich weiterbringen. Hab selber nur die Pre-Order CD und warte noch auf die LE Edition.

Soll heißen, wenn du deinen Boots-Code bereits registriert hast, kannst du dir die Teile ingame abholen.
