Ein nach der Fanguard von Silky Venom veranstalltetes Interview zusammen mit Jeff Butler zeigt einige Neuigkeiten zu den Transportmöglichkeiten der Welt von Telon.

In dem Interview wird erwähnt, dass Karavanen eine sowie Schiffe entscheidende Rolle übernehmen werden. Wobei viele Möglichkeiten und Features zum Release nicht ausgeschöpft sein werden. Bei Schiffen werden sich die Spieler selbst organisieren müssen um Beispielsweise Handelsrouten oder Transportwege aufzubauen.

In this profile you will be able to list all the games that you have played, what your character names were and possibly link to any current websites regarding these characters or guilds you may have been in. The exciting feature this will activate is that you will be able to create a type of “friends list�. If any of the people you put on this list register on the forums, you will be notified that Joe Cleric, who you gamed with 5 years ago and lost track of, is registered and playing Vanguard: Saga of Heroes on X server! You will then be free to reunite with him.

So interessant das auch sein mag, ich hoffe das es auch von Vanguard aus einige Transportmittel geben wird, die nicht von den Spielern abhängig sind. Wenn ich nict die Zeit habe mich um ein Schiff zu kümmern, will ich dann aber dennoch in den Genuß des Transportes kommen.

Es soll ja laut Brad NPC-Schiffe zu den Hauptkontinenten geben, alles andere ist aber irgendwie anders zu erreichen.... Naja mal abwarten wie das, dann im Spiel funktioniert. Wenn es Probleme bereitet wird Sigil sicher was dagegen machen.
